It is Kogetsu Saigo who continued drawing during the latter half of the life in wandering though he equaled Taikan Yokoyama, Kanzan Shimomura, and Shunso Hishida under Masakuni Hashimoto and was called the big four of the Masakuni disciples, and left the world as young as 38.

When we look back upon four persons’ friendship from the work, it goes beyond the time of 100 years and the reunion with them that Kogetsu could not accomplish is realized here.
