2th Collection Exhibition

Tuesday, November 2022, 7 – Sunday, February 12, 2022 Tuesday, July 12, 2022 – Sunday, October 16, 2022
Kamijo Shinzan Memorial Exhibition Room, Tamura Kazuo Memorial Exhibition Room, Ikegami Hyakutaketei Collection Exhibition Room

The first venue (Kamijo Shinzan Memorial Exhibition Room) will feature the museum's unique collection, including landscape paintings from summer to autumn, genre paintings, abstract paintings, crafts, and sculptures.

The second venue (Tamura Kazuo Memorial Exhibition Room) will feature works by Fujimatsu Hiroshi (2-100), whose 1922th birthday is celebrated this year, as well as works by other artists active in the same era. Many of the young people of this generation who emerged after the war rebelled against existing values and instead of joining the so-called "art world," relied solely on their own abilities and aimed to create art that no one else had done before. We hope that you will take note of these experimental attempts.

In the third venue (Ikegami Hyakkeitei Collection Exhibition Room), we will be showcasing a selection of exquisite works from the calligraphy collection. Please enjoy the diverse expressions of each artist.
