Strange Feast "Image of Life"
This is the sixth exhibition, which lies somewhere between craft and sculpture. This year, we will be showcasing around 6 works by artists who use animals as a motif.

Workshop: Feast of the Strange "Mask Making"
You can create 3D masks by silkscreen printing or drawing on cardboard, or by pasting various materials onto it!

Time travel in the castle town of Mizuno with an architect (Old Town Tour: Nakamachi Edition)

This is the second part of the series on walking through the old town of Oyamachi. We will be touring the castle town of Nakamachi and its branch towns with an architect from Matsumoto city, focusing on themes of crafts, architecture, urbanism, and spring water.

Mizuno Travel Agency & Chit-chat Print
Mizunosanpo Travel Agency, which provides information on how to enjoy the town of Matsumoto through its spring water and crafts, has opened in the museum and public atelier. It will introduce tools (crafts) for enjoying walking around the town and touring the spring water, mainly by artists in Nagano Prefecture. In addition, in the attached workshop space, Idobata Print, you can casually try your hand at making things such as silkscreen printing and tin badges.

"Visiting wells, springs and waterways with Princess Mizumeguri ~Water tasting and tea edition"
Matsumoto is a town of spring water. Let's take a walk in May with a water theme, with a water spoon and an original map in hand. This year's theme for Mizumegurihime is tea. With guidance from tea master Tsutsumi Osamu, we will enjoy the difference in the taste of spring water in an artist's ware along with Japanese sweets from Nanakusa.
